That's how many runners there are in the kit. 15 different runners. 18 if you count runners C, D and E each as 2. And yes, I didn't get the labels wrong; they really are labelled in that order. A, B, C, D, E, F, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W. I don't know why they're labelled like that too.
This wire is for the Panzer-Eisen; the claw grabber thingy on the Sword Strike's left arm. It's actually quite short so I'm finding something longer use in place of this.
